Job Purpose: To establish and manage the HR Department by developing policies, systems, and procedures that support efficiency, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Duties: • Develop and implement HR structure, policies & procedures • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance systems • Manage payroll, training, and employee relations • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements: • Bachelor’s in HR or Business (Master’s preferred) • 5–7 years’ experience (2+ years in management) • Experience in setting up HR departments • Strong communication & leadership skills • Fluent in Arabic & Kurdish (English is a plus)
