Job Description

Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR practices and objectives. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR management, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to contribute to the overall success of the organization. Responsibilities: + Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the company's mission and values. + Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. + Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive workplace culture. + Administer benefits programs and maintain employee records. + Collaborate with leadership to identify and address talent development needs. + Ensure compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. + Conduct regular training sessions on HR-related topics for employees and managers. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. + Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role. + In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment legislation, and regulations. + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. + SHRM certification is a plus.
