Reports To: Recruitment Supervisor
looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized HR Assistant to join our growing Human Resources team. This role plays a key part in supporting recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes across the company, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Support recruitment activities (screening, interviews, coordination).
• Follow up with candidates and manage onboarding documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and job offers.
• Create employee accounts in HR systems (Odoo) and manage system access requests.
• Maintain recruitment records and talent database.
• Prepare weekly recruitment reports.
• Support probation follow-up and employee record updates.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment (preferred).
• Experience with HR systems (Odoo or similar) is an advantage.
Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
