bahar group Job Title: HR & Admin Officer Location: Sulaymaniyah Key Responsibilities: · Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings and onboarding. · Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and benefits. · Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts. · Organize and facilitate training and development programs. · Support payroll administration and maintain employee records. · Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. · Provide administrative support to the HR department. · Assist in the performance appraisal process and analyze performance metrics. Requirements: · Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. · 3-5 years of experience in HR and administration. · Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
