Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead our IVF medical company. The ideal candidate will combine strong leadership skills with expertise in both the medical field and logistics. This individual will oversee the full cycle of procuring and delivering medical devices while ensuring compliance with Iraqi medical regulations and Kurdistan quality control standards. Key Responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Team Development: Inspire and lead a high-performing team to achieve business goals.

Develop and execute growth strategies to expand the company’s market reach.

2. Procurement and Logistics Management: Oversee the complete cycle of procuring and delivering medical devices and supplies.

Ensure efficient inventory management and timely delivery to clients.

3. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to Iraqi medical regulations and Kurdistan quality control standards.

4. Strategic Planning: Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to expand business operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, hospitals, and key stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Degree in medicine, pharmacy, business management, or a related field. • Logistics Experience: Strong knowledge of supply chain and logistics, particularly in the medical sector. • Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with Iraqi medical regulations and Kurdistan quality standards. • Language Skills: Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is essential. • Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and achieve strategic objectives.
