Job Description

Field: Hotel (hospitality). Job Description: We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests in our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and possess excellent communication skills. Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor. • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately. • Provide information about hotel services and amenities. • Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. • Collect payment from guests and accurately post money. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction. Requirements: • Must be an Iraqi female. • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment, preferably in hospitality. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in at least two languages (Kurdish/Arabic/English). • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. • Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional attitude. • Flexibility to work various shifts (morning or evening), including weekends and holidays.
