We are hiring Bahed Al-Khair Company looking for new members to join us, as we are seeking for the below position : Event& Show a Executive - Erbil.( معد افلام قصيرة و ايفنتات ) responsibilities: 1. Event Planning and Execution: •Plan and execute various events such as press events •Coordinate logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and audiovisual requirements. •Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure successful event execution. •Oversee onsite event operations, including setup, registration, guest management, onsite manangement and post-event follow-up. 2. Show Production Support: •Manage and oversee the studio •Collaborate with the production team to develop and implement creative concepts for the weekly draw shows and segments. •Assist in coordinating the presenters, talent appearances, guest bookings, and rehearsals for the show. •Coordinate and manage the script writing and approval process •Provide logistical support during filming, including managing schedules, coordinating crew and talent, and ensuring smooth production operations. •Coordinate and manage weekly filming of winners 3. Marketing and Promotion: •Work closely with the marketing team to execute promotional strategies for the show •Coordinate in studio filming of promotional activities such as social media campaigns •Monitor audience feedback and sentiment to inform future event planning and show development efforts. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree graduate. •Speak Arabic and English
