The E-Commerce Key Account Executive is responsible for building, managing and developing long term relationships with e-commerce partners to achieve targeted sales revenue. He/She will drive sales performance, market share, and online presence for our Beauty, Consumer Goods and Healthcare portfolio on different e-commerce platforms.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but not limited to:
1. E-Commerce Accounts Management:
Lead and negotiate annual agreements with multiple e-commerce partners.
Develop e-commerce sales strategies in coordination with the Brand Managers and Sales Managers.
Own the profitability of the selling proposal on the e-commerce platforms.
Place orders for the e-commerce partners to ensure the availability of products at any time in order to achieve monthly sales targets.
Support Brand and Sales Managers to raise awareness and improve the visibility of e-commerce activities.
Implement the marketing budget and handle events on e-commerce platforms in coordination with Brand Managers.
Cooperate daily with e-commerce partners for products availability, new products’ launches, preparation and implementation of promotional plans, etc.
Provide customer support to prevent and quickly resolve problems with orders, products, and sales initiatives, etc.
Develop trust relationships with e-commerce partners and understand needs and requirements to have repeated business.
Handle invoicing and follow-up on the money collection process, to ensure the continuity of the business.
2. Stock Management:
Prepare offers using stock level and stock aging methods, in order to control the recent products with coordination from the Sales and Brand Managers.
Ensure e-commerce partners carry the right and adequate stock levels.
Work closely with demand planning, merchandising and warehouse teams to ensure the fulfillment of orders on time.
3. Market Analysis/Business Development:
Gather data regarding competitors in order to define the portfolio’s position within the e-commerce platforms.
Find new market opportunities to ensure the growth of the portfolio’s market share and business.
Analyze and interpret e-commerce partner's sales report in order to drive the right strategy that will enhance our products presence and sales on them.
Compile, analyze, and interpret data to identify and understand market trends, market prices, and purchasing behaviors.
Prepare sales and target reports to follow up on targets and have accurate projection figures.
Search, develop and implement innovative solutions for business growth.
