Job Description

Location: Lezzoo Office, Erbil Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term Working days/Hours: 9 hours/day for 5 days/week Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customer support queries via phone, email, and live chat. - Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries with a sense of urgency and accuracy. - Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lezzoo's products and services. - Contribute to improving customer support processes and workflows. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with team members across departments to effectively address customer needs. - Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills. Skills and Qualifications: - Exceptional communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. - Proven experience in a customer support role, with a track record of achieving KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction. - High proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Word, or Google Docs. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage workload effectively. - A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to go above and beyond for customers. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
