Job Description

Job Title: Customer Service Agent- C1 Location: Lezzoo Office, Erbil Contract: Full-Time, Fixed Term Working days/Hours: 9 hours/day for 5 days/week Role Overview: As a Customer Support Agent at Lezzoo, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent customer service. You will serve as the frontline representative for our brand, ensuring that customer queries are addressed promptly and effectively across various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat. Key Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer support queries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Diagnose and resolve customer inquiries with a sense of urgency and accuracy. 3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Lezzoo's products and services. 4. Contribute to improving customer support processes and workflows. 5. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system. 6. Collaborate with team members across departments to effectively address customer needs. 7. Participate in regular training and development sessions to enhance your skills. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Exceptional communication skills in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. 2. Proven experience in a customer support role, with a track record of achieving KPIs related to response time and customer satisfaction. 3. High proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, Word, or Google Docs. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage workload effectively. 5. A team player with a positive attitude and a drive to go above and beyond for customers. 6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus.
