Job Description

Bestun group is hiring a Customer Service Location: Sulaymaniyah – head office Department: Marketing Gender: Female Working Days and Time: 6 days a week - 8 hours a day Annual leave: 20 days Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field A year of professional experience in marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills linguistic skills; Kurdish, Arabic & English are required Creativity and innovative thinking Duties & Responsibilities: Receive Customers calls/inquiries and respond to incoming calls from the customers to take their orders, answer questions and inquiries. In addition to troubleshoot problems, provide information and handle complaints regarding the organization’s products or services. However, he/she is responsible for making outbound calls to set appointments and gather data. • Strong Technical skills for better understanding of the business and its products. • Researching required information using available resources. • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problems. • Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them in the CRM or any other application. • Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
