Job Description

Customer & Employee Service Center Officer (Call Center) Location: Sulaymaniyah – Near Darwaza City Workplace: Head Office Employment Type: Full-Time Working Days: Saturday to Thursday Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day Gender Requirement: Female Role Overview: The selected candidate will serve as the primary communication link between the company, customers, and employees, ensuring professional, organized, and efficient service delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Handle incoming communications via phone calls, WhatsApp, and email. • Record and manage customer and employee requests accurately. • Escalate inquiries, complaints, and issues to the relevant departments. • Monitor and follow up on requests until full resolution is achieved. • Prepare daily and monthly service performance reports. • Maintain professional communication standards and service etiquette. Qualifications & Requirements: • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, HR, Languages, or related fields). • Strong professional communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work effectively within a team environment. • Good computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office. • Full fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English (spoken and written). • Strong problem-solving abilities and capability to work under pressure. Preferred Profile: • Previous experience in customer service or call center operations. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Calm, professional, and service-oriented personality. Salary: Salary will be determined during the interview based on qualifications and competency. Salary Range: 800,000 – 1,250,000 IQD
