Position: CRM Specialist Location: WTC – Erbil
Key Duties: • Administer and optimize CRM workflows, permissions, and integrations. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports for performance insights. • Ensure data integrity and troubleshoot system issues. • Collaborate with teams to improve CRM usage and efficiency.
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field. • Minimum 1 year of CRM experience (Salesforce, Dynamics, etc.). • Fluency in Arabic & Kurdish; good command of English. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Full-time position (8 hrs/day, 6 days/week).
