Location: Erbil 100m Road Working type: Full Time 9:00-17:00 Gender: Female is preferred Reporting: CRM Team leader Job Description: Answering chats and making calls to customer to resolve complaints, general queries and request handling, must be able to communicate efficiently in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. Responsibilities and Duties: •Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued. •Responding the messages and calls that comes via social media platforms. •Utilizing software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately. •Adhering to all company policies and procedures Tracks marketing results to be certain that marketing objectives are achieved within designated budgets. Requirements and Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in, Business, or a related field. •Proficiency in Arabic, Kurdish and English is a plus. •Previous experience in a customer support role •Track record of over-achieving quota. •Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. •Familiarity with CRM systems and practices. •Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. •Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
