Master Store is hiring! Job Tittle: CRM Agent Location: WTC- Gulan Tower-Erbil Working Hour: 6 Days a week including Friday (8 hour working shifts) Requirements • Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English is a plus. • Previous experience in a customer support role • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
