Responsibilities o Creating eye-catching visuals and designs for our company's marketing needs (social media and Printing) o Design banners, ads, and other visuals for our website. o Design brochures, flyers, and posters that we can print and share. o Translating ideas into impactful visuals that connect with viewers. o Conducting market research. o Turn ideas into presentations and infographics that are easy to understand. o Editing & creating engaging short-form videos and reels (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.) using After Effects and other motion graphic software to capture attention and deliver impactful advertising messages. Technical Skills o Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. o Strong proficiency in videography and motion graphics software, specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects. Design Principles: o Ability to bring elements together, like color, imagery, and text, to convey a message. o Ideation: Ability to generate innovative concepts and solutions that align with client objectives. o Branding: Comprehensive understanding of brand development and creating consistent visual identities. o Designing for Diverse Media: Experience adapting designs seamlessly across digital and print platforms. Requirements: o Work closely with our marketing team to understand project goals and create on-brand designs. o Manage several projects at the same time, making sure they are finished on schedule. o Show your design concepts to the team and make changes based on their feedback. o Experience in graphic design and videographic (at least 4 years) o Be Fluent in Kurdish & Arabic and English is a bonus. o Gender: Male and Female o Work Location: Onsite, Erbil o Hours: Full-time, 9 AM - 5 PM, Saturday to Thursday o Education: BSc degree in related field. o Age: 22-30 How to Showcase These Skills Portfolio: Your work should demonstrate a clear command of these skills through varied projects.
