Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager at Eagle Post located in Erbil. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for:  • Directing and Supervising Sales Operations: Oversee corporate sales operations to ensure profit maximization.  • Developing Sales Strategies: Collaborate with various departments to create and implement sales budgets, strategies, commission/incentive schemes, and pricing modules to achieve profitability and market share targets.  • Leading a High-Performing Team: Head a department of qualified Corporate Relationship associates and leaders, fostering team spirit and synergy.  • Creating Sales Procedures: Develop and set team objectives and KPIs.  • Staying Market-Informed: Stay updated on market information, competition, and customer behavior.  • Benchmarking Bids and Quotations: Ensure competitiveness and adherence to market norms when offering bids and quotations.  • Managing Sales Kits: Organize, update, and develop the company's sales kit, ensuring it reaches the right portfolio.  • Optimizing Business Modules: Suggest new ideas, projects, and internal plans to optimize business models.  • Coordinating with Finance: Work with the Finance Department to finalize budget versus actual results, credit terms, collections, and account reconciliations.  • Monitoring Progress: Track the aging report and team’s daily progress in terms of revenue, new accounts gained, and lost accounts.  • Analyzing Sales Figures: Analyze sales figures to take necessary measures.  • Corrective Actions: Implement corrective and preventive action plans to handle claims.  • Training and Development: Recommend training courses for team members to ensure they have essential sales skills, communication abilities, and team-building experiences.   Requirements  • Education: University degree in Business Administration or equivalent (Sales, Marketing).  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales.  • Knowledge of retail and wholesale sales principles, methods, and techniques.  • Proficiency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English.  • Good computer skills, including internet use, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
