Content Operation Specialist

Job Responsibilities Conduct local market research to identify popular trends in entertainment content (movies, TV shows, music, novels, etc.) to support content strategy. Build and maintain the online user community for the App, managing daily operations such as answering user questions, recommending content, organizing discussions, and fostering an interactive atmosphere. Plan, edit, and publish in-app push messages to recommend relevant entertainment content. Collect and analyze user feedback from online and offline channels, and propose product optimization suggestions. Support other cross-functional operation-related work as required.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above. Proficiency in English (listening, speaking, reading, writing) with strong communication skills. Passion for entertainment content (movies, TV shows, music, novels, etc.). Strong empathy and user communication skills; ability to interact effectively with users. Familiarity with social media operations; prior experience in online community or digital content operation preferred.
