Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across all assigned accounts. Plan and manage monthly content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand goals and campaigns. Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs for the creative and media teams. Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and feedback cycles. Ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Proactively identify upsell opportunities and contribute to client growth. Monitor project performance and ensure high-quality deliverables. Comfortable appearing on camera for agency content (behind-the-scenes, vlogs, client showcases, social media content).
