We’re Hiring a Community Manager at Mars Coffee House
Overview
We’re looking for a Community Manager to join Mars Coffee House and help us turn every visit into a real experience – not just “a cup of coffee”.
Responsibility:
Be the on-ground guardian of the Mars Coffee House experience in the branch.
Coordinate with our photographer and marketing team to execute content and shooting plans.
Capture daily moments (photos & short videos) with your phone for stories and social media.
Monitor how customers are welcomed and served, and collect feedback to improve the experience.
Keep an eye on competitors, new products, and trends in the coffee market and share insights.
Represent Mars Coffee House at events, activations, and collaborations.
Build relationships with our community (students, locals, partners) and create a friendly, loyal base around the brand.
Analyze peak hours, demand, and best-selling products, and share simple performance reports with management.
You’re a great fit if you:
Love talking to people and building relationships.
Have a good eye for content (photos/videos), even if it’s just with your phone.
Care about details: atmosphere, service quality, and how people feel in the place.
Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working with simple data and reports.
Are passionate about coffee and believe a coffee house should be an experience, not just a drink.
