Job Description

Company: Yas Pharmacy Chain Yas Pharmacy Chain, a new leader in the regional healthcare industry as a leading pharmacy chain, is seeking a dynamic and experienced pharmacist as Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our team. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a visionary leader with a strong background in pharmacy or medical management to guide our operational strategy and enhance our service delivery. - Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacies and their staff, ensuring their smooth running including all details. - Work closely with the CEO and other executive members to give reports, strategize and develop growth plans. - Develop and implement operational policies and strategies to ensure optimal efficiency across all pharmacy branches. - Oversee daily pharmacies operations while maintaining budget and managing costs. - Enhance the operational systems, processes, and policies in support of the organization’s mission — specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process, and organizational planning. - Play a significant role in long-term planning, including initiatives geared toward operational excellence. - Manage very good relationships with staff, pharmacies, partners, vendors, and regulatory bodies. - Lead teams to achieve company goals and objectives, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Qualifications and Skills: - A BSc degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or Dentistry from a recognized institution. - Proven experience in managing pharmacy operations or related fields, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. - Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful operational strategies. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Kurdish, Arabic, and English. - High level of initiative, work ethic, and flexibility. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive team performance. - Ability to work under pressure and manage complex projects and timelines.
