In this critical role, you will: • Oversee the entire accounting department, ensuring accurate and timely financial records. • Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures that comply with regulations. • Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making. • Manage monthly and year-end closing processes, including financial statement preparation. • Mentor and develop accounting staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning. • Maintain strong relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies. To qualify, you should possess: • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Chief Accountant or similar role. • Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and regulations. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools. • Fluency in English and Arabic.
