Company: Al-Hayat Pepsi Location: Erbil Department: Finance Reports To: Finance Director Experience: Minimum 3 years Key Responsibilities: • Supervise AP daily operations and staff • Review invoices, requests, and supporting documents • Ensure correct posting/coding/matching in ERP (Oracle) • Process payments on time and manage cash-flow discipline • Vendor statement reconciliations & discrepancy resolution • Prepare AP monthly reports, aging, and payment forecasts • Support month-end/year-end closing and audits • Ensure compliance with policies, contracts, tax rules, and controls Qualifications: • Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance • 3+ years in AP or general accounting (FMCG preferred) • Strong AP + reconciliation + ERP (Oracle) knowledge • Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
