Job Description

Job title: CEO Assistant Job shift: (Saturday - Thursday). Nationality: Local. Gender: Female/Male Start date: Immediately. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred. Years of experience: Minimum 1 year experience in the related field. Work Location: Erbil Language: Arabic and English, Kurdish is a plus. The Executive Assistant to the CEO Responsibilities: - Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events. - Prioritize and coordinate meeting requests, ensuring that the CEO's time is efficiently allocated. - Build and maintain relationships with key contacts on behalf of the CEO. - Manage the CEO’s office, ensuring that it is organized and equipped for daily operations. - Handle confidential documents and information with discretion. - Coordinate and plan events, meetings, and conferences on behalf of the CEO. - Manage logistics, invitations, and follow-ups. - Conduct research on various topics, industries, and competitors as requested by the CEO. - Prepare reports and summaries based on research findings.
