FEEL22 is a leading player in Ecommerce Beauty which is known for innovation and excellence in delivering high-quality products/services. As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a dynamic and strategic Buyer to join our Commercial Department. This role is pivotal in ensuring the procurement of goods and services aligns with our business objectives. Duties and Responsibilities: • Category Management: o Develop and implement category strategies to enhance product performance and customer experience. o Define and curate product assortments within assigned categories, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer preferences. o Regularly review and optimize category performance metrics such as sales, margin, and inventory turnover. • Merchandising and Content Strategy: o Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and accurate product descriptions, category banners, and promotional content. o Work with marketing teams to drive category-specific campaigns and promotions. o Ensure the e-commerce platform’s category pages are visually appealing, well-organized, and easy to navigate. • Vendor and Supplier Relations: o Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely product availability and favorable terms. o Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product launches to drive category growth. • Data Analysis and Reporting: o Monitor category performance through detailed data analysis and reporting. o Provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. • Cost Analysis and Budgeting: o Analyze costs associated with procurement, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements. o Contribute to the development and management of departmental budgets. • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: o Work closely with other departments, including operations, finance to ensure alignment in procurement strategies. o Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and expectations. • Market and Competitor Analysis: o Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights within assigned categories. o Use insights to propose and implement new product introductions and category expansions.
