Job Description

Job Requirements: - Receiving incoming calls - listen to customers' complaints with a calm and professional attitude and respond according to them. - Determine complaint priorities and act according to them. - Prepare a daily report of all incoming calls and share them with the management. - Record customer's full info in “an Excel sheet or Odoo system“. - Connect with the sales team to share potential customer info with them according to the priority of the customer. - Managing the chat of NAI social media and WhatsApp correspondence. - Must speaking Kurdish(Sorani), Arabic and English language. - Any task requested by the line manager.
