Job Description:

Well Being Clinic is seeking two enthusiastic and experienced Call Center Representatives to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them understand our services, packages, and special offers. Ideal candidates should be outgoing, friendly, and skilled in sales, with a proactive approach to guiding clients toward booking appointments and engaging with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities: Respond to client inquiries in Kurdish and Arabic (English is a plus). Present clinic services and packages effectively, maximizing sales through skilled communication. Maintain a positive, customer-focused attitude to enhance client satisfaction. Provide detailed information on available treatments, packages, and promotions. Maintain flexibility in a dynamic environment and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications: Prior experience in a call center or sales role, with strong client communication skills. A background in healthcare or familiarity with medical services is advantageous. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
