Job Description

Job Opportunity – 2 Call Center Agents Location: Erbil Company: OBR TAXI Working hours: 8 hours Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (NIGHT SHIFT) + 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM Note: Working hours may occasionally change depending on operational needs. ⸻ Key Responsibilities • Provide customer support via inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats professionally. • Help customers resolve questions and problems quickly and effectively. • Manage advance bookings and follow up to ensure trips are completed. • Maintain strong knowledge of company services and policies. • Enter and update customer data accurately in the system. • Follow call center procedures and quality standards. • Collect feedback and report it to the direct manager. • Be punctual and follow assigned schedules and break times. • Cooperate with the team leader and members on complex cases. • Keep learning through training and self-development. • Train new employees when assigned by management. ⸻ Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. • Excellent speaking and writing skills. • Strong customer service & problem-solving ability. • Able to manage many calls and multitask. • Familiar with call center systems. • Patient, empathetic, and flexible. • Willing to work overtime or weekends if required. • Fluent in Kurdish & Arabic (English is a plus).
