Job Summary: We are seeking an individual with solid experience in customer communications to join our team as a Call Center Agent. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities: Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Provide information about the company’s products and services. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and with empathy. Record details of customer questions, complaints, and feedback using company systems. Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments or supervisors when needed. Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is achieved. Meet performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and issue resolution rate. Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service is preferred. Previous experience in call centers or customer service environments is an added advantage. Proficiency Kurdish (Sorani),  and Arabic, or Arabic only.

Contract Type: Full-time: 7 hours per day, including a 40-minute break. Salary: 400,000 IQD per month.
