Position Overview:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for leading strategic growth initiatives, identifying new market opportunities, and managing partnerships that drive business expansion within the healthcare and medical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients in the medical and healthcare sector.
* Lead market research and competitor analysis to support business decisions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, suppliers, and stakeholders.
* Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for business deals and partnerships.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align sales, marketing, and operational goals.
* Monitor performance, analyze results, and report on business development progress.
* Represent the company in industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or management, preferably within the medical or healthcare industry.
* Proven track record in achieving growth targets and managing client relationships.
* Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
* Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Fluency in English and Arabic (Kurdish is an advantage).
