Job Description

The Business Development Executive will play a crucial role in driving the growth of Blue Trinity Services. This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and working closely with our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: * Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue and expand the company’s market presence. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders. * Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. * Prepare and present proposals, business cases, and contracts to potential clients. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of services and solutions. * Monitor and report on sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed. * Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance business prospects. Qualifications: * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus. * Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in [insert industry]. * Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
