About the Role

Own the branch P&L, lead sales/warehouse/logistics teams, and drive growth while maintaining high standards in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. • 6+ years’ experience in cement industry management. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of cement product types/specs (e.g., OPC, PPC). • Proven pricing strategy, negotiation, and B2B sales cycle experience. • Ability to lead and supervise multifunctional teams (sales, warehouse, logistics). • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel). • Experience with conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations. • Focus on efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability. • Confident presentation skills. • Experience with an ERP system. • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn. • Languages: Kurdish, Arabic, and English (strong skills are a plus).

Key Responsibilities (summary) • Deliver branch revenue, margin, and cash targets (P&L accountability). • Lead, coach, and performance-manage sales/warehouse/logistics teams. • Develop pricing and key-account plans; negotiate B2B contracts. • Ensure stock accuracy, on-time deliveries, and safe operations. • Track market intel, competitor moves, and demand trends; report to HQ. • Enforce company policies and HSE standards.
