We are seeking an experienced Art Director for an advertising company in Erbil, specializing in events, branding, logos, campaigns, etc., The ideal candidate will lead the creative direction of projects, develop innovative visual concepts, and manage the creative team. Responsibilities: 1. Lead, inspire, and mentor the team, ensure efficient workflow, and create a collaborative creative environment. 2. Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. 3. Work closely with clients to understand their vision, goals, and feedback, translating their needs into compelling visual solutions. 4. Develop innovative ideas and concepts for branding, logos, events, and campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand identity. 5. Create cohesive and strategic design plans that effectively communicate the client's message and enhance brand recognition. 6. Ensure all design outputs are of the highest quality, maintaining consistency and excellence across all deliverables. Requirements: 1. A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in art direction, preferably within an advertising or creative agency. 2. Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in events, branding, logos, and campaigns. 3. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in design software and tools. 6. Previous work experience managing and handling creative teams and large staff.
