The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural engineering, with expertise in structural design, site development, and infrastructure projects. This role involves managing projects from concept through completion. Key Responsibility: - Architectural Design and Planning: Develop innovative architectural designs and plans for a variety of projects, ensuring alignment with client needs and industry standards. - Construction Oversight: Monitor construction processes to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards, making adjustments as necessary. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering or a related field. - Proficiency in Kurdish and English; Arabic is an advantage. - Proven experience in architectural engineering with a strong portfolio of completed projects. - Proficiency in engineering software (AutoCAD, Lumion). - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
