Espresso lab -Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Record and classify daily financial transactions. Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts. -Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, payments, and expense reports. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables. Ensure timely and accurate payment of bills and invoices. -General Ledger Maintenance: Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures. Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate discrepancies. -Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Generate periodic financial reports and analysis for management. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. -Compliance and Audit: Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and practices. -Other Duties: Support other financial and administrative tasks as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial data and reporting. Qualifications: -Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. -Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in accounting or a related field. Experience with accounting software and financial management systems. Skills: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
