Job Description

(Travel & Tourism Industry) Key Responsibilities: - Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring all financial data is accurate and up-to-date. - Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage and process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate payments and collections. - Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts, providing insights and recommendations for cost management. - Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. - Audit preparation: Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the travel and tourism industry. - Skills:Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Language: Proficiency in English and Kurdish; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
