Job Title: Accountant Company: Maccanoly Bakery Location: Sulaimaniyah – Garden City Reports To: Branch Manager Schedule: Saturday–Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Gender: Male/Female Job Summary The Senior Accountant is responsible for all accounting activities at the branch, including daily collection of financial data from cashiers, preparing/analyzing reports, and maintaining accurate records in line with company policies. Key Responsibilities • Collect daily financial transactions and sales data from cashiers. • Prepare, review, and maintain accurate accounting reports. • Record expenses, revenues, and all financial operations on time. • Reconcile accounts and ensure accuracy of financial statements. • Support the Branch Manager with financial analysis and decisions. • Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies. • Provide regular financial updates and reports to management. Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (retail/F&B preferred). • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. • Excellent computer skills (MS Excel and accounting software). • Fluency in English, Kurdish, and Arabic (spoken & written). • Strong organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
