Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations. 2) Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist with budget preparation, monitoring, and financial forecasting. Provide analysis and insights to support cost control and revenue growth strategies. Track expenditures and income against budgets to ensure efficient use of resources. 3) Accounts Management: Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with labor regulations. 4) Financial Analysis and Optimization: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement. Evaluate financial performance and provide recommendations for cost-saving initiatives. Support the automation and optimization of financial processes using latest technologies and software tools. 5) Auditing and Internal Controls: Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring all records and reports are accurate and accessible. Develop and enforce internal financial controls to minimize risk and ensure data integrity. Qualifications: Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management, Economics, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: At least 3 years of experience in accounting or financial management roles. Strong proficiency in accounting software and financial tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, QuickBooks). Certifications: International certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CMA, or CFA are highly desirable and will be considered an added incentive.
