Administrator with extensive knowledge and experience in working with local and international organizations and associations. I have possessed high skills in preparing, compiling and sorting documents for data entry, compliance with data integrity and security policies, maintaining records or records of activities and tasks, conducting field surveys, adapting to work, and withstanding work pressures.
Through my previous experiences, I have acquired communication skills, dealing well with society, and developing the capabilities of young people by supporting them with activities and training courses. I also have strong skills in organizing, conducting sessions, and coordinating with community leaders, and I have sufficient understanding of the conditions of displaced people and those in need.
At my previous position at Our Peace in Our Youth Team, I worked as a trainer in the Peacebuilding Program on Violence, and (MEAL officer) worked as for 2 years. I acquired strong communication skills, as well as the skills of a trainer, as well as preparing reports. I was a facilitator for a group of dialogues.
My passion to work in the management, where I gained high experience and good skills, and faced many difficult challenges, but I overcame them, and through them, they added strength, positivity, and enjoyment to work.
